The counts Iraci Borgia bought the Baglioni family’s hunting lodge, an 18th century villa surrounded by 7000 olive trees and three typical Umbrian farmhouses, where guests from all over the world come to live for a few weeks. , the countryside, the slow pace of the villages, learning to cook in ancient kitchens and to understand the value of quality ingredients, first of all the Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Umbria.
Next to the villa, there’s a latest generation oil mill. The Iraci Borgia is an ancient family, attached to traditions, with a vision projected towards innovation, care in the cultivation of ancient olive groves inherited from grandparents, centuries-old olive trees to which new plants have been added, which allow to produce new types of oil monocultivar, such as Minerva, Don Carlo, Leccio del Corno, Frantoio and Moraiolo, created to further enhance the combination of extra virgin olive oil and different foods.
