A calm chaos reigns over the studio of this former country boy turned painter, who has always been fascinated by the dust, the scent of lime and the earth. These are the elements that are part of the personality and style of the painter Elvio Marchionni who has always remained faithful to his native town of Spello. And it was the pink hue of the rocks of Spello, in Umbria, that inspired his love for frescoes, stucco and colours.
