ELEONORA LIPPI, ARTISAN, TA PETIT – FOLIGNO

My name is Eleonora Lippi, I was born in Foligno and I am a professional dancer, passionate about music, cinema, photography, hats and pop-ups. Always fascinated by the world of children and the magic that surrounds it, I approached the world of illustrations and design, then its application to articles for children. At the same time I took a great passion for sewing, which I poured into the manufacture of felt hats, near old wooden shapes. From the headgear, the focus is shifted more than on creative sewing, already packaging small gifts for children of friends and relatives, then becoming a necessity on which to invest time and imagination. So, after 7 years of office work, starting to suffer enormously from the excessive imbalance between my innumerable passions and time is a date to cultivate them, I quitted and I threw myself into this adventure, Ta Petite , started in September 2015. Ta Petite is a construction that is based on 2 solid convictions: first of all that the craft is the “job of the future”, more hermitage ahead, between technology, innovation and therefore alienation, the more you will feel the effort to return to the warmth of the handmade product, the dress is distinguished by the arid and anonymous mass product for the uniqueness of each piece produced, with its small defects and its imperfections, which are nothing else that the manifestation of attention and love poured into success something totally by hand; second, but not least, it is even more simple and special, because not only the imprint of its creator, but also the character and nuances of the one who asked for it. This is how a product can be defined as truly unique!

Each Ta Petite piece is therefore made entirely by hand, with first quality materials and particular attention almost produced natural and organic products (over 100% organic cotton)
