This is the story: “Pumpkin lights or how they would call it in indonesia @Lampu Labu arises from the idea of a ‘Non craftsman’, passionate about creative recycling, 46 years old Cristiano Paccagnani, is from Foligno where he lives and works as a social worker. His passion, however, which grows in the years after several trips to Turkey, is to create pumpkin lamps. It is fascinated by these chandeliers and lamps created with pumpkins by local artisans, and his thought that becomes reality is recreating them by reinterpreting them. his adventure, beginning to look for pumpkins to decorate, pierce and carve with the many ideas that he had thought and imagined over the years. In these years he encountered many difficulties in the realization, first of all to find the Pumpkins, so he decided to plant the First seeds: great emotion to see them grow, each one with its shape and each one ready then, after a long drying, to be reinvented, turning them into lamps almost magic, because they create beautiful play of lights.
