Villa Rosy is an old, isolated stone farmhouse on the slopes of Mt. Subasio, recently restored by the Tonti family. Nestled in a 9-hectare olive grove from where the San Potente Oil is made, Corinna, an expert taster, can explain all of its characteristics to you. This scenic farm has two large apartments furnished with antique and contemporary furniture in addition to fireplaces that provide a warm and friendly environment. Upon arrival, you can delight in lighting a fire where you can toast bread and drizzle it with olive oil to make delicious bruschette. In the warmer months, why not dine under the pergola surrounded by fragrant jasmine or pamper yourself by the pool, surrounded by a garden of herbs, seasonal vegetables and fruit trees. You may even catch a glimpse of the owner who dedicates his time to gardening, pruning olive trees and tending the vegetable garden. Hiking enthusiasts can make their way to Assisi, a UNESCO heritage site, on a twenty minute walk. But for those who prefer to relax, they can sit and satisfy their eyes with a view of the valley Umbra and Mt. Martani.
