It is from the bond with this tree that the dream of Frantoio Ercolanetti, directed by Luca and Lisa, the eldest of 4 brothers, comes true. Innovative latest generation machinery combined with the enviable organoleptic properties of the olive, guarantee a high quality oil.
The olive groves, located on the Bettona hills, are mainly made up of Moraiolo, a resistant olive tree that loves hills and rocky terrain and is characterized by its high content of polyphenols with various health properties.
Ercolanetti oil is a DOP oil that recently also received the Monocultivar Moraiolo designation, an oil with a strong and at the same time delicate taste, a source of pride for the family that makes it an indispensable food not only in the kitchen.
