CAMPELLO SUL CLITUNNO – MARFUGA OIL MILL AND FARM
This oil mill is owned by a historic family of farmers with a long and well-documented tradition. Since 1817 the oil produced from the olive groves has been sold here. At this point you should probably take a seat because much remains to be told. In addition to the oil mill there’s also the Marfuga Farmhouse Inn, located on the grounds of the farm by the same name on the hills of Marfuga, in the municipality of Campello sul Clitunno and halfway between Spoleto and Trevi, with plenty to offer. The wonderful view overlooking the Clitunno Springs would already be enough. A secluded spot with flourishing olive trees in a place surrounded by medieval castles. A characteristic Umbrian farmhouse with simply furnished apartments, like the rural homes of long ago, which are full of modern comforts. A unique atmosphere featuring a contrast between the spiritual and contemporary in this structure housing its own show roomwhere visitors can purchase Marfuga brand products and explore various exhibits on display.
