The Tempio dell’Oro was born thanks to the passion for Umbria and its olive trees of the Roman architect, Riccardo Altamura.
Tempio dell’Oro is a new oil mill, the only one in the medieval village of Città della Pieve, a borderland between Umbria and Tuscany, built in a new commercial establishment with two different environments: a modern and very bright tasting room and the environment where the Frantoio is, with very modern machines that certify the temperature of the cold pressing.
Tempio dell’Oro is in fact one of the few certified by the repression of fraud for cold extraction. Biological certifications, PDO, cold extraction, have always represented the cornerstone in the pursuit of excellence for the work of the mill both on behalf of third parties, which for the production of its own Umbrian extra virgin olive oil and with foresight, the owner continues to invest in technologically advanced machinery.
