It’s the historical cooperative of extra virgin olive producers of Lake Trasimeno. There is a oilmill between the center of Castiglione del Lago, the terrace overlooking the lake, and the village of Pozzuolo. Sergio will welcome you, he will explain you the features of the Dolce Agogia variety, and if you want, he explain you how do tastings or he will direct you to other small farms that produce other delicacies, like the Fagiolina of Lake Trasimeno (Slow Food), saffron and the fishes of the lake.
