The Perseo farm is in the small town of Gualdo Cattaneo, also known as the land of castles, surrounded by the vineyards of Sagrantino and olive groves not far from the Castle of Marcellano. It is a small family-run farm that produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil with different indigenous cultivars, including San Felice and Vini Doc and DOCG. Most of the products are served on the farm and in the restaurant.
