BARTOLOMEI OLEOTECA RESTAURANT ORVIETO
Carla and Rita Bartolomei, owners of the historic Oil Mill and Oil Museum Bartolomei of Montecchio, in 2014 decided to open in the center of Orvieto, an oil shop with a kitchen and a tavern, where to eat products of the neighboring farms, seasoned with their olive oil DOP of the Orvieto hills. A restaurant with an old millstone where you can eat above; at any time of the day, you can taste oil, you can do mini courses of tasting or you can buy the selected food and household items for sale. They made a brave and challenging choice: a small inn to spread the culture of oil, and of Umbria. Go there! In Summer you can eat outdoor!
