La Casella Oil Mill – Todi

All of these traits characterise the DOP Umbria “Martani Hills” extra virgin olive oil from the La Casella Oil Mill. Made from the olives of the Todi hills, in Collevalenza to be precise, and from the slopes of the Martani Mountains. Thanks to its “light and fruity” flavour, its label has carried the Ercole Olivario seal since 2007, the most prestigious recognition of high quality, made in Italy oil.
